We Document Everything!
To protect ourselves when finished with our cleaning we take photographs which indicate time and what we cleaned. In addition to that we have our client sign a letter indicating that they were pleased with our cleaning that day and will accept another appointment with us. Each letter is then copied, emailed, and filed to both client and us. If by any chance our client is not pleased we will go to great lengths to satisfy our client. If nothing can be fixed we will file a letter of resignation with our client.
